Principles of the ASC Model

  • Repetition Builds Confidence
We will build muscle memory through engaging, high-volume touches.

  • Skills Before Systems
We will prioritize individual ability before team structure

  • Celebrate Progress, Not Perfection
We will praise improvement even in failure. Mastery is a journey.

  • Train with Intentional Pressure
We will add constraints (time, space, defenders) once technical form is strong.

  • Let the Ball Be the Teacher

We will create environments that encourage experimentation and discovery.
